Premium Aircraft Fire Sleeve manufactured to SAE AS1072F.
Ace Aviation Supply Aircraft Fire Sleeves are manufactured to meet SAE AS1072F - capable of 500°F/260°C continuous, 800°F/426°C for periods up to 30 minutes, and 2200°F/1205°C for periods up to 15 minutes when hose assemblies are assembled per SAE AS1055. This hose is a delight to work with as it is extremely flexible (even at -104°F/-76°C) and commonly used to protect oil lines and fuel lines, as well as provide abrasion protection for wires and cables. The sleeve is elastic allowing approximately 15% increase in diameter allowing it to slip over hose ends, fittings, connectors or midline splices.

- 3/8"ID: (ACE101) Ace Aviation Supply Aircraft Fire Sleeve — 3/8" / 0.375" / 10mm ID — Red. This sleeve fits our -4 hoses and fittings. If you intend to use this another manufacturer's hose/fittin, check the OD spec of that hose/fitting.
- 1/2"ID: (ACE102) Ace Aviation Supply Aircraft Fire Sleeve — 1/2" / 0.5" / 13mm ID — Red. This sleeve fits our -6 hoses and fittings. If you intend to use this another manufacturer's hose/fitting, check the OD spec of that hose/fitting.
- 5/8"ID: (ACE103) Ace Aviation Supply Aircraft Fire Sleeve — 5/8" / 0.625" / 16mm ID — Red. This sleeve fits our -8 hoses and fittings. If you intend to use this another manufacturer's hose/fittin, check the OD spec of that hose/fitting.
